4. Shipping, carriage and insurance

a) The goods, even if sold by us CPT, FOB or CRF, are transported at the client’s risk. Even if we selected the means of transport, the carrier and/or the transportation route, the goods shall be transported at the client’s risk excluding any liability on our part.
Any extraordinary requests shall be charged to the client.
b) We are only obliged to take out insurance if and insofar as agreed in writing. Insurance shall be taken out at the client’s request. The relevant premiums and charges shall be paid by the client.
