2. Offers

a) Our offers are subject to confirmation unless explicitly submitted as binding or firm.
b) The client’s orders shall have binding effect. A contract shall only be deemed to have been concluded upon order acceptance by means of countersigning the contract or upon contractual performance or delivery to the sales partner.
c) Any figures, charts, folders, advertising materials, etc. pertaining to our products and in particular any data contained therein only indicate approximate values. In no way do they provide any guarantees or warranties of specific qualities.  Guarantees and warranties shall be agreed exclusively in writing and shall be referred to as guarantees and warranties. A defect within the meaning of Section 922 of the Austrian Civil Code (ABGB) only exists if the actual properties and condition deviate to a not insignificant degree from the figure, chart, folder or advertising material.
d) If the client is not familiar with the effectiveness, impressions or effects that can be produced with our devices or with their formats, sizes or weights, the onus is on him to obtain the relevant information in advance. Retrospective complaints on the grounds that the client expected a different functionality or effectiveness shall not be admissible.
