15. Responsibility for advertising media

The client shall be solely responsible for the content and quality of the advertising media (commercials or advertising art as the basis for the branding of the displayed content) as well as for compliance with official regulations and guidelines of the respective legal system. Furthermore, the client guarantees that he owns the copyrights required for use within the iFUN system. The client undertakes to indemnify us if we are held liable by third parties for any violations in this context. Furthermore, we shall be entitled to rescind the contract without notice if we did not know at the time of order acceptance that the form and/or content of the advertising media were contra bonos mores or violated legal provisions or any other official regulations, existing copyrights or trademark rights. Nevertheless, the full total order value shall be due in this case.
