14. Right of rescission

The client shall have the right to rescind the contract in writing. The written rescission must be received by us within 10 days of written order placement. Otherwise, we will charge 50% of the total order value as a reimbursement/handling fee. However, rescission is not admissible during the last 10 days before or after the start date of the agreed period of use. Should the client still desire non-performance, the cancellation costs will amount to 100% of the total order value.
