9. Information requirement of the client
a) The client is obliged to familiarise himself with the options of use of the delivered product and the associated risks prior to putting it into operation. If necessary, the client is obliged to request adequate training or expert advice from us.
b) If the client is not familiar with the effectiveness, impressions or effects that can be produced with our devices or with their formats, sizes or weights, the onus is on him to obtain the relevant information in advance. Retrospective complaints on the grounds that the client expected a different functionality or effectiveness shall not be admissible.
