16. Delivery and storage of advertising media

a) The finished advertising media or the original data for a branding campaign launched by us shall be made available no later than 10 days before the start of the agreed period of use. Commercials shall be provided on CD or DVD in PAL format (768x576 pixel or DV 720x576 pixel) or in multimedia format (800x600 pixel). Advertising images shall be provided in resolutions of 800x600 pixel each at 72 DPI via e-mail or on CD. If the advertising media are delivered late, we shall be entitled to charge a penalty of 50% in addition to the fee for one-off installation. The address indicated on the written order confirmation shall be the delivery address. Delivery shall be deemed completed if the deliverables or mailings were demonstrably sent to this address.
b) We shall store any advertising media made available by the client for a maximum period of one year after the end of the agreed period of use. Thereafter we shall be entitled to delete or destroy them without obtaining separate approval.
